This video should be helpful to anyone who has had this problem. This can be pretty frustrating when it happens to someone, and they know it’s probably a simple matter if they just knew what to do or who to call.
Thank you for rendering value and information like this. You may never know some of the people it helped, but it also generates good will, which seems to find a way back at some point.
