Service technician called 1hr before arrival and arrived on time. Service was clean, fast and complete. My 2 star rating is because fee for service was very high when compared to amount of labor time required. Had I known the job would only take about 1 hour to complete, I would have declined the service based on the price.

Our techs are equipped with all the right tools to get the job done asap. Labor rates are not the only things considered when we establish our price structure.
