This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

Dave was the technician who came to my house to repair my garage door. I had purchased the door from your company with a lifetime warranty for the sole purpose of not having to worry about problems. When Dave looked at the door he knew the problem and was able to take care of it in less than 30 min. It was making noise and he showed me cable was fraying and pully was not working right. I was very pleased with Dave and his workmenship.

Bob was very professional and clearly explained what the problems were in addition to my broken spring and what the repair options were. He efficiently fixed the issues with both garage doors and installed a new opener on one of them. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and love the way the doors now work. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the price, as it seems a bit high.

He was so knowledgeable and helpful with our problem. Our garage doors are better now than they have ever been. My husband is on the board of the Fells Manor 56 unit condo association and will be letting our community know who to call if they have any garage door problems. I guess I am so elated because I just picked your company out of the yellow pages.

Our garage door spring broke and the company was able to send a repair technician to us by the next morning at 9 a.m. Mike Ganning was pleasant and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and laid out our options w/ prices. He recommended a rebuild of our garage door. He also looked at our garage door lifter motor and felt that it had limited life left. He negotiated a discount for replacing the garage door lifter. While the repair cost more than we expected and hoped, we feel that Mike did an excellent job and left us with a garage door system that will last us another 10 years without worries. He was very pleasant and represented Precision in a very positive light. I would happily call Precision and/or Mike in the future if I have any other garage door problems.

In answer to your email I would like to comment in the positive regarding the man that did the installation of my new garage door openers. Your repairman/installer was a fellow name "Dave". Dave arrived on Saturday November 14th and diagnosed my garage door problem. He gave me a good analysis and comparison of the cost & benefits of repairing my present door system verses replacing the door mechanism with a new Lift Master. After his presentation I choose to replace the door opener system. Dave went about his work in a congenial and efficient manner and also never created a doubt about his trustworthiness. Dave completed his work in a reasonable time. His was never intrusive. Dave answered all my questions regarding the door operations and left me with a feeling of confidence in the newly installed door mechanism.
