Lisa, we are so sorry to disappoint you. We really broke down in two ways. First I realize how frustrating it is to have a repair fail and potentially have to take another day off of work. Second, we did not get back to you in 24 hours. I know we have solved the problem now but that still doesn't ease the frustration. I am going to discount your service as a token of our appreciation.
