While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.

I had a second garage door opener installed on my second garage door after being so pleased with the opener installed a few months ago (June 2017) on my other garage door. I needed a new motor for my garage door as well as new rollers. Chris, the tech, came within the given time range and called when he was 30 minutes from the house so I knew when to expect him. After inspecting the door, he was able to install the new opener/engine on the spot. Excellent, hassle-free service with great results.

Value that you provide information on the technician that will come to my house ahead of time. Luke was excellent. He called to advise when he would arrive. He is professional and explained everything to me before I made decision on what garage opener to purchase, no pressure at all. Precision Door is a very responsible company with excellent services. They do charge a little more than others, but it is worthy paying so to enjoy their quality, serviced and spontaneous response to customer needs.
