I contacted Precision Door online late on Friday afternoon and received an immediate responses and an appointment for the next morning, along with a follow up text from Cassi to get some exact details on the issue. Prior to the technician, Ferdinand Kazimov, arriving this Saturday morning, I received another text and email with his ETA, along with his photo and bio so I would know who was arriving at my door. The repair was handled quickly and professionally by Ferdinand. It is so nice to see a company and their employees providing excellent value and service in today’s day of so much mediocrity around us. I highly recommended Precision Door!

We called Prestige to do necessary replacement and repairs based on their great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. Tino was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the problems we had and answer all our questions. He replaced bad springs and a garage door opener and safety sensors that had basically stopped functioning due to age, and we're so glad we called. Thank you!
