To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

We purchased new cables, rollers, springs about a month ago, but recently the door started to make a funny sound. Scott M came right back out, adjusted a couple of things and made everything perfect again. He thoroughly explained his work and I was so happy that the company stood behind its original work. He explained everything thoroughly about the broken spring and made some suggestions re: wheels, made sure he had the proper size spring for the weight of our door and made the repairs needed to get the door working perfectly again. The spring broke this morning and the technician was at our home in 2 hours to repair it. Great service, great knowledgeable technician.

Our service technician Michael repaired a broken spring on one gargage door and rebuilt another. Michael was knowledgable and professional in his work. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain all the working parts of the door - springs, pulleys, motor and rollers and how they all work together as a system. More importantly, he explained how to properly maintain each part of the system for optimal performance and durability.
