The service team that came out was very nice. I did feel I was overcharged for the service. I wish someone tried to help me over the phone as it was just a lose screw. I paid $XXX for a lose screw.A Response from Doug:

Ms. Sinnott, we understand your complaint but is impossible to diagnose a loose screw over the phone. I feel the fee you were charged was fair as I had to send a fully trained technician out to your home ready and with a stocked truck to fix any problem you may have had.
