Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

I searched on the internet and was initially impressed with the background information on the technicians. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Brandon called me earlier than expected to let me know he had a cancellation and could begin earlier. He came immediately and accessed the problem and talked to me about my options. Since I had a very old system that was on its last leg, I decided to replace the whole thing. Brandon was extremely professional and very friendly. I could see that he was very proud of his work. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

You installed openers on our two garage doors about four years ago. We selected you from the Yellow Pages when we looked for a Liftmaster installer/servicer. One of our openers has a battery backup and that battery needed replacement (beeping periodically). The openers also needed lubrication. Your servicer technician arrived early, made the necessary repairs quickly and was courteous and helpful throughout.

Dear Doug:
Thank you for sending out a excellent technician,Tim Rainey,that knows what he is doing. I use a wheel chair to get around and was concerned that the existing door opener was ready to break down and I would be stuck in my car and would not get into my house. For me to get into my house I need to go through the garage to a chair lift that gets me up stairs. I was suprised that when Tim Rainey came out to the house that he had all of the parts to repair the existing door and had the new garage door opener with the battery that I wanted. Now when I am out and the power goes out I know I can get into my home
