Cannot remeber tech's name, sorry. Was probably one of the best service people I've ever dealth with. Our door needed a complete rebuild and decided to go with an opener as well. Pricing was very good. During install the tech accidentally cut my extension cord which tripped the breaker,. not a big deal. However, he offered and installed the battery backup on the opener at no charge as his 'apology' and act of good faith.
I was very impressed and pleased.
