Your service almost didn't happen. I'm glad it did because the serviceman who finally showed up, Rich, was great. He was very honest and told me my options. I had scheduled this a few days ago and was supposed to have Scott arrive between 8 and noon. No one showed up and no one called. An hour later I called and was told someone else, Vinny, would be coming shortly. AGAIN no one showed up and no one called. I called again and was told Vinny was running late & would I like to reschedule. Honestly? I took time off from work to be home for this repair and now nobody was available - and your Web site says emergency service available. This made no sense and so I called another company. That was when Rich showed up (without having called me). Had the other company called me back I would've sent him away. He did try to apologize and make amends, all to his credit and now I am very satisfied. With all this tho, do you think I'd recommend your company to others?A Response from Doug:
