This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

The image Precision projects is one of professionalism and reliability. There is 100% truth in their advertising -- how refreshing! A real person answers when you call; the service tech shows up within the appointed time; Ron was professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Options were fully and clearly explained. I am impressed by how Precision does business, by the quality of its staff and its attention to customers (e.g., offering on-line thumbnail sketches of its service techs). One more satisfied customer who would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

I was told the service call would be 69.00 plus parts.I did not need any parts but i did need an adjustment.I was then charged 69.00 plus a labor rate of 85.00.I was never told about this.Although the service was very good, felt like I was mislead on the cost of the service call.I might not call again because of this.

Thank you for reviewing our business. I'm sorry for the confusion. We do have a service charge for coming out to your house of 69 dollars. It is charged to help cover the high cost of sending a qualified technician to your home. For that 69 dollars he will do a 18 point written safety inspection, tighten all loose hardware and lubricate the door. Normally we will then give a written quote to replace parts that are broken. The price we give you for the parts is an installed price. We don't have an additional labor cost.
In your case because no new parts were needed to fix the problem a labor charge was necessary. We need to be more clear on the phone so you are not surprised in person. As a token of faith I would like to offer you a free service call in the future. Just tell the office about this review. We want your business in the future. Best wishes. Doug

The installer arrived on-time. He took the time necessary to show me how to operate the new openers and garage doors, programming codes for the outside keypad, etc. The final product operated as expected, very quietly and smoothly. The installer never seemed to be trying to rush to another job -- he seemed more interested in getting this job done right, and it paid off.

Our garage door experience with Precision was a very pleasant surprise. Our Technician Dave Nicomini explained in detail the reasons for the problems were were experiencing and offered sensible solutions on the spot. In addition, he was able to fix our problem from a burnt out motor to problems with our cables all in one trip.
Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me, a woman who knew NOTHING about garage doors!
We would absolutely recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

Ben's knowledge of the equipment he was repairing was impressive. He showed me what caused the problem and how to repair it, but also knew WHY certain things needed to be just so.
