I found Bob Z to be exceptionally qualified to understand and explain the problems for the repair of the (2)garage doors. He installed springs and rollers that were necessary for the doors to work effortlessly. He was very informative.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. First off, although the arrival time was 8:00 am-noon, the technician Chris called me first thing when he knew that he would be coming at 11:00. I appreciated the few hours of "freedom" to leave home as necessary, and Chris arrived when he promised. Chris proved to be very personable and completely professional. He quickly determined the situation (one opener could be made to work with the addition of a new remote, the other would have to be replaced). Chris explained the options after explaining the condition and requirements of our doors. Chris also described to me the possibility of upgrading the garage door hardware (springs, rollers etc.). I never mind being shown options as long as I'm not being subjected to the "hard sell", and the door upgrade is something I'll consider for the future. Chris ran into a few snags during the installation (remember, this is an older house), but his remark was that it would be a dull job without a few challenges! Installation complete, Chris took time to double check everything,to set a new code on the external keypad, and to make sure I could operate everything. Our one original opener will not last forever. When the time comes, I'll call Precision. See you then, Chris!

Rob, our service tech was great! He was getting ready to check out for the day when my service request came in. He was at my home within 50 minutes of my call. Within minutes, we were able to get the garage open, trouble shoot the trouble and while on site, provided an estimate for new doors. Overall, Rob was professional, polite, and knowledgable about the product line and features Precision offered. Great ambassador for you organization. I give Rob a 5 star rating for a job well done. I called this am around 11:30 asking for service on my garage door between 12:00 and 4:00. My husband needed to leave by 2:00 so I asked if someone could possibly be there by 2:00. Tim was my technician and he was very helpful and explained the whole process. I called you guys because I had a broken spring, but after speaking with Tim, I realized I needed to replace more than just the 1 spring. i had both my garage doors rebuilt and it works perfectly now. Tim was great and a true asset to your company. His customer service and attention to detail was excellent. Tim also completed the work in a very timely manner. Both of my older garage doors were repaired today by Drew. I was given a same day appointment, even though it wasn't an emergency. Drew called me 20min before arriving (on the early end of the appointment window), and was very pleasant, professional and efficient. The price was accurately quoted to me before he started work, and what I expected. I appreciated he didn't try to up-sell me other services, though he quoted me about products I had questions about (auto door opener, new door, etc). I wish the receipt had been itemized, but that wasn't the technician's fault. Will definitely be using this company in the future, and will recommend them to my friends.

Rich was very conscientious in rebuilding my garage door which is 56 years old. He said we will receive a lifetime warranty on the door since both springs were replaced,both pulleys replaced, bearing replaced and all rollers replaced as well. In January 2013 we had a new lift motor installed by Precision which is so very quiet when compared to the previous motor. Any additional repairs will be at no cost as long as we remain at the residence Your service has always been prompt and timely which is very much appreciated .
