Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Dave P did a great job explaining our options and pointing us toward the option that best suited our needs. Our garage doors and hardware were over 20 years old and were starting to have issues. I thought just new rollers would do the trick but Dave pointed out our old mismatched springs and rollers....in the end we chose the rebuild package and it was well worth it...I never realized garage doors could go up and down without squeaking! Nice job Dave and Precision, two thumbs up.

From start to finish everyone I spoke to was very professional and pleasant. Their service what right at the time they said they would be there, no waiting around and wasting a day. The work I needed was done very quickly and durable however, expensive. Two springs, four cables same town repair $380.00?? WOW.

Tim was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. However, my overall experience with your company was definitely negative. I paid a premium to have your company do the work. I could have paid $XXX at Home Depot (I know that it would have been a subcontractor) to have the identical opener purchased and installed. Instead, I paid $XXX for your technician to do it, a premium of $XXX (minus a $XX coupon). I was okay with that, because I've been happy with your company in the past, and I was certain that the job would be done right. But, to then get hit with the $XX service call fee was a very unpleasant surprise. Whenever I've had electrical, plumbing, etc. work done, there's always been a service call fee, but it would be waived if I then had the technician do the repair or installation. I'm amazed that you charge that fee, when your technician was already at my home (he didn't have to make a return trip to do the job), it was a replacement of an existing opener (not an installation from scratch), and I'm paying a hefty premium. I would not use your company again, and there's no way that I could recommend you to others, given your current policy. I can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX if you have any questions or comments.
