Garage door repair. Tim is very professional. He explained the job needed to be done before starting and then after finishing. It is a pleasure to have dealt with such a nice person. Job a bit expensive,but... The star rating does not represent Tim in any way. The price did not allow me to give you all 5 stars. Wish it would have been less costly. Doug, if everyone in the company is as nice as Tim is,consider yourself lucky. He is a keeper!!Do not see that too often nowadays. Thank you.

From beginning to end I had a great professional experience with your company. The salesman, Vince was excellent and very knowledgeable. The installer was a gentleman. He worked very hard and did not stop until he finished the job. He left everything nice and clean. He showed me how to program the doors and gave me other information on maintaing my doors. I think very highly of your company.

I was so pleased with your service as well as the fast turn around time. I have been waiting on home depot for three weeks to install a new opener which I didn't need. I called home depot and cancel my order, went online to find a place in Union, NJ who repairs garage doors and there you were. A life saver to me. You were at my house earlier than expected the same day and finished quickly. I will definitely call again. Thanks Precision.

I selected Precision from the website which appealed to me more than the other companies I reviewed. Glad I did, I bought the complete package (springs, rollers, safety cable for the springs) and was totally satisfied with the 2 technicians who corrected my garage door problem.

Brian was informative, polite and knew exactly what the problem was within 5 minutes of viewing the door. He was patient and discussed alternatives to repair the door with my husband and I. I would recommend your company and Brian as a representative to anyone in need of garage door repair or replacement.

Brian did a complete rebuild of my garage door....He was very helpful explained everything completely and was extremely proficient in his repairs. Other than the price I was extremely pleased.

A suggestion ??:
Precision Door should have a variety of "rebuild" plans in order to fit within the confines of different budgets.
If you had that as an option I would have no problem recommending Precision Door. Right now I would recommend...but would warn about the price

This is done because garage door technicians have the ability to have the code off your garage door opener without you knowing, gaining access to your home. It amazes me to find people that apply for jobs with us are rejected due to a criminal record and are working for my competitors next week. Our pricing structure on door rebuilds takes into consideration we are the only company in the industry that warranties the parts for the life of the homeowner. By using the best parts in the industry we can assure our customers they will not need to take another day off work to re-fix the door 18 months from now. We have considered offering rebuilds using inferior parts to reduce our pricing structure but feel that being like most other companies is not in our customers best interest. In December of 2008 we instituted a customer review process on our website. Almost every one of our customers are rating us just as you have. We have a 97% customer satisfaction rating. I forgot the tech′s name. The man who appeared is a young African-American. He was pleasant, helpful, and polite. He repaired the garage door. He did what he was supposed to do. Therefore, I shall call your company again.
