I am extremely pleased and very impressed with the service I received today from Precision. Brian arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem, explained all the work details, and the cost. He is very knowledgeable and he went over and explained all the information to me. He is a great representative for Precision. I sincerely appreciate that Precision was able to send someone to take care of my problem in such a timely and efficient manner. Thank you for your excellent service!! Had a new Garage door opener and rollers installed today by Chris and Dan (Trainee) and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Called to make the appointment 18 hours prior had no issues scheduling the appointment and I got a call 30 minutes before my service window known when to expect Chris. Chris actually was able to arrive earlier then expected and was able to quickly diagnose the need and present options to me. While installing the new garage door opener they also checked the health of the rest of the system (Rollers, Springs, Hinges). I was very please with the efficiency, professionalism and quality of the work that was done and the ability for the issue to be resolved so quickly. I would highly recommend Chris and PDS to anyone that asked.

I was impressed that the website had pictures and bios of all the technicians. When Brian H arrived he was very friendly and knowledgable.He knew exactly what had to be done to accomplish the repair. He also answered all my questions. He replaced springs, pulleys etc and now the garage door opens with ease. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the service technician. I would use the service again, but that won't be any time soon because of the job well done!

Precision Doors primary business is garage door service and installation but ultimately they are in the customer service business and the way they conduct themselves proves this. My appointment was set for 8-12. At 8:22 AM, Pete (the technician) called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here by 9. He arrived on time, explained every aspect of the repair and allowed me to inspect the work before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Lou was very helpful and replaced both springs, rollers, wires, etc. The garage door sounds much quieter and runs smoother. There was an issue with one of the wires in my garage and Lou returned two days later to fix it at no charge. I do believe the price for all of the work done was not cheap, but am hoping that I will never have the need to replace the garage door parts again.

5 stars. Pete was here on time and actually called prior to coming to give us a heads up. Neat, efficient and knowledgeable. Gave us good advise as to what we actually needed replaced and I feel didn't try to oversell products we didn't need. He gave us an itemized quote before work begun and even told us where to go for coupons. I hope I don't need any more new garage work but if I do Precision is the one I will call.

My garage door springs needed replacement, I called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. The Precision Tech called me to confirm my appointment as agreed,he was professional,knowledgeable and courteous. Even though their prices were a bit higher than the other companies in my local area,The service provided by the Precision Tech was far more superior than the others. Service was completed in a timely manner, as promised. I would highly recommend Pete from Precision.
