The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

good service. but still had to wait 1 full day to get garage door fix. on the truck it says 2 hour service, that should be deleted.
SCOTT was good tech. fix the door and explain what he was doing.
I ask about rubber under the door, THAT WAS CUT SHORT BY ANOTHER TECH IF HE COULD FIX IT HE CALL THE OFFICE AND SAID THERE IS ONLY 90 DAY WARRENTY, I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. IT WENT UNNOTICED UNTIL THIS DOOR NEED IT TO BE SERVICED. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE ASK FOR THE OWNER OF COMPANY!!

Henry. Thank you for your review. You are right when you say we advertise same day response. Unfortunately we we not able to comply due to employee health issues. When we miss this commitment we will waive our service call. I am refunding this to you via mail. The rubber on the bottom of the door only has a 90 day warranteebecause animals can chew through it. Picked you out of the phone book and made an appointment for the next day. Your serviceman was early which was wonderful.He was very professional and explained in detail what had to be done. We had a new spring and door overhaul. The work was done promptly and we are pleased to have had the repair completed in a timely fashion.
