My garage door stopped closing due to a bad sensor so I called Precision and they sent over Louis Rowek. Lou diagnosed the problem and reviewed the entire door operation to allow me to choose the services I were to do. Is and the ones to wait on. Lou was very courteous and fast. By the time he left I felt like I had made a new friend, great guy. I will definitely use them again.

I am very pleased and happy to have contacted Precision once again . The came to fix a problem years ago and I was happy. I was able to get technician on a Saturday morning. The person who schedules did an excellent job finding a date to suit me. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous, answered all my questions and solved my garage door issues . He gave me options to select from, so cost can fit my budget . Overall , polite , friendly and got the job done in a timely manner . Would recommend and use again . Thank you, John

Mr R. Zuniga contacted me within 20 minutes of his arrival time. He came masked up and ready. I talked...he listened, and his listening wasn't like " yeah..huh- ha...sure- let's get to the price and material". Mr. Zuniga was very professional and quiet while working. He was mindful of his surroundings, made you feel comfortable and confident with as a person and his abilities. (not yelling) THEY WORK ON SATURDAYS. 1st time home owner and he and the company was the very best [exhale] breath I ever released. No pushy sales/tech experience. I didn't time the work...so let's say it took him the better of 1-2 hrs start to finish. I recommend Precision with high marks.

Five years ago I had a Precision technician replace a logic board in an old chain opener. Today I decided to upgrade to a new belt drive opener. Both times the Precision technicians were courteous and speedy in their tasks, and they readily answered any questions I had. I recommend this company if you want things done to your satisfaction.

Technicians arrived on time and were super friendly. Installed new door and opener. Cleaned up when done and went over everything. Very happy with the whole process from precision from sales to install. Would highly recommend.
