My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind. Thank God he did because when he was done and he showed me the final results I was very pleased. Thank you Mike!!!

Your technician Charles called twice to inform us when he would be arriving and arrived as he promised. He immediately saw the problem and proceeded quickly to replace and repair as needed. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was also pleasant to deal with. He represented your company wonderfully. Thank him again for a job well done.

I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Glenn our repairman was wonderful. He gave us several options and comparisons to help us make the best decision that fit our budget. Garage door fell down position due to broken spring and other worn parts. Making an appt was easy via phone and technician came on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. Tim just came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He was extremely professional, thorough and honest. I have done extensive renovations on my home over the last 10 years and dealt with a lot of different contractors and servicemen. He was by far, the nicest and easiest to work with. Also, Precision's prices were very fair as I had gotten two other estimates. I'm excited for my new garage door installation in a few weeks!

Precision was a random pick for me; and I'm really glad I chose them. Scott, my Technician, was absolutely fabulous in every way. After careful assessment,he presented available options, answered all questions my husband and I had so we'd have a clear understanding before making our decision. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to our house on time and called prior to the visit. He installed the garage door opener and instructed in its operation and use. He was kind enough to help my husband install the code to our car so he could open and close the garage door without the hand remote.

Gaetano C. was extremely courteous, he called while in route to inform me that he was being delayed by traffic and would arrive in 10 mins which was still sooner then the promised time frame. When he arrived he introduced himself and then went about the task of assesing the situation. He inspected the door and the springs and all the door mechanisms. He explained what was needed and what he was going to do and what it will cost to repair the problem. He fixed in timely manner, he was efficient, friendly and very courteous.

I called Precision Monday to make a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Chris came after an earlier call letting us know his approximate time of arrival. We have a broken spring. He inspected the doors. I told him that we plan to stay in the home and he recommended rebuilding the doors by replacing all the springs, rollers, pulleys and cables on the 2 old wooden doors. He got my approval prior to starting the job. In an hour the work was completed. I was very pleased with his advice and quality of work. Chris did an outstanding job. He is very competent and easy to deal with and I highly recommend Chris and Precision for any garage door-related jobs.
