I was very happy with Pete's service. He was on time (in fact, early, which was helpful). He explained the workings of the garage door opener, what was wrong, and what needed to be fixed. I would always call Precision first and recommend them to other people.

I was fortunate to have Brandon S fix my door. If I could have given more stars than 5 I would have; he was awesome. The guy was on time, personable, knowledgeable, honest and was able to easily tell me what the problem was. He was in and out in under an hour for a reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

Scott was excellent. He called me ahead of time for appointment. He checked and reviewed entire conditions before he started repair works and explained me what should be repaired immediately and what would be recommended in view of mid/longer term maintenance with cost estimations. This was what I expected to hear for maintaining an old garage door. I was also impressed by the quality of parts Precision maintained, though it was not cheap.

I am extremely impressed with Precision Door's responsiveness and customer service. I called at noon and a technician was at my house by 3. Brandon identified the problem immediately and the repair was done within 30 minutes. And there was no charge for the service call or repair because the part that needed repair was still under warranty. Honesty and commitment are so important in customer service, and Precision Door obviously places a high value on those two qualities. I would highly recommend Precision Door to any potential customer. I would not even consider using anyone else. A few words on the tech, Brandon. Knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. Rarely do you find service professionals who combine these attributes. If Precision Door is the gold standard for garage door repair, Brandon is the gold standard for technicians. Not to slight any of the other techs, but I highly recommend asking for Brandon if he's available.

I had two new openers installed and then the two doors needed rollers springs etc......and one unit needed to be re-fastened to the ceiling...... All work was done in a quick competent manner by Ron A.....he explained in detail what was needed...what would be done......and the final result is just wonderful......
