Just like our first experience, Lou called before he came over, arrived when he said he would, and was able to replace our broken garage door opener in just under 2 hours. I am very pleased with the appearance and work ethic which Rob showed. The work he preformed included springs, cables, pulleys, sheaves and rollers. All work was explained and completed in a timely manner. Definitely 5 stars!!!

I called on a Friday afternoon and Kevin S arrived on Saturday. My garage door had come off the track and the guide wire had slipped off the pulley. It's a really old door. Kevin explained all of the possible solutions and I chose to have all the hardware replaced. Kevin was here for about an hour and when he left the door was operating very smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the service and with Kevin.

We wanted to give a review of the work Lou did on our garage door. The door would only open about 5 feet and stop. We called Precision made an appointment. Lou came out to our home. He called before he arrived and was able to come early, which worked better for us. Lou checked and said there were a lot of warn parts, including the main springs. Lou was able to replace the worn parts and the door now opens and closes much easier. We found Lou to be very professional and worked very hard to get the job done with as little disruption to our schedule as possible. We give Lou 5-Stars for his excellent work at our home. Thank you Lou for an job well done!

Bob Z. arrived at our home and assessed our garage door opener situation and took the time to explain all of our options for repair. Bob Z. was professional and helpful answering all my questions and concerns. I decided to completely update our garage door openers with new cables, remotes, sensors and motors due to the age and condition of our old units. My family and I are very pleased with Bob!!!

Top-notch all the way. Schedule quickly Service Tech called that morning with a time estimate of when he would arrive. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain his assessment of the issues with both me and my husband. The cost to repair was significantly more than what we were expecting, but Gaetano gave us the confidence and understanding to make the right decision. Ultimately, we agreed to the full range of repairs that he suggested. He and Chris performed the work quickly, and professionally taking great care to clean up after themselves and make sure that everything was working properly. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them both. The lifetime guarantee assures us that we made the right choice and know that we can rely on Precision again in the future when/if needed.
