This is the first time I have used Precision Garage Door Service and I was extremely satisfied. The technician was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. He explained everything he did and completed the job in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the service and would use Precision again should I need them. I would give them a five star rating

I had Pete O as my service tech. He installed a new Garage Door Opener and showed me some other things that were wrong with my garage doors. I wondered why they seemed noisy? Bad rollers. Nice and quite now and I learned never to use WD-40 on the rollers and springs. Use silicone spray instead. Good service call with a great technician. Joe

Your Technician, Kevin S., was very imformative and a pleaseure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The reason for the service was that one of the spring on one of my doors broke. Kevin suggested that I have a "Rebuild" performed, since I needed to get the door open, I agreed to have both doors done. After speaking with other people who had the same thing done, I was kind of taken back at how much more expensive Precision was. But my doors work fine, I'm very happy with the service that Kevin provided. I gave Kevin S 5 stars

Kevin was very professional and clearly described the different types of garage door openers to help us make the right decision. We replaced our old noisy chain drive opener with a belt drive opener that is extremely quiet and also came with two remotes, wireless keypad and battery backup. Installation took only an hour. Kevin went over everything before leaving and was very pleasant to deal with. Highly satisfied!

Thirteen years ago Precision installed a garage door opener and all went well. This year it broke and I called Precision for a replacement. From the initial phone call to the end of the service call it was a very positive experience. The service tech, Rob, was terrific. He was knowledgeable and courteous, a pleasure to deal with. I would use Precision again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Pete was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. The installation exceeded my expectations. He was clean and thorough. The opener itself is super quiet (I previously had a screw drive opener). We also got new hardware installed on the door which made it even quieter. I am extremely pleased with Pete's service as well as the products. My only 'concern' was the price. Precision is not the cheapest but you will not be disappointed with the final product either!
