Precision Garage Doors is always such a great company to deal with. Our serviceman, Jon Wilson, called a half hour before arrival and he was so pleasant to deal with. I explained our issues with two of the garage doors not working after a bad storm and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He even cleaned both sides of the bottom of the doors as the storm caused some debris to clog that area of the driveway. I would highly recommend using this company and hope that you will have Jon Wilson help you. He is a terrifc asset to Precision Garage Doors.

WHEN I HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER PUT IN TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST DECISSION , THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC , THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN , ETHAN TSIRULIK WAS PROMT, POLITE , AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN SHORT TIME. Well, we had a little mishap. After residing our garage, the garage door lock no longer worked. Getting an appointment was easy. Instead of a frustrating automated phone system, I quickly reached a helpful human who booked our appointment with only a 3-day wait.
