Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.

The guy did a good job he explained everything I’ve had you before and I’ve had no problem but I just think for two springs and two wires $500 is a lot of money

Asked the technician to replace the broken spring. He spent a half hour doing 'full inspection' and recommended a $600 'complete installation'. When I said that is not I wanted, he went into his truck and came back with a discounted $500 proposal. All I wanted was to replace two Springs - goes back to the truck and comes with a best and final offer of $300. Wrote him a check for the service call - never again!

Lou R arrived early, diagnosed the possible, and promptly proceeded to repair my garage door springs, straighten out my frames for a tighter seal, and then fixed my other door's springs which also looked like they were ready to go. He explained what he was doing along the way, which was very informative. Precision is numero Uno, always 5-star in my book.

What a great all around experience. Very professional. The technician was onsite right away to diagnose our issues with the garage door. A text with the picture of the tech and a short Bio was sent to both my wife and me before he arrived. Was very prompt, very friendly, and professional. I was very pleased with Roberto's professionalism and intuitiveness. He came up with a solution in fixing the door sensor. He was clean, courteous and spoke to me before he started the job and then when he was finished he explained the cost of my bill (which I have to admit was higher than I anticipated). I would have no problem recommending Precision Door.
