Our experience with Precision is one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. From the patience of the customer service rep who scheduled us to the expertise of the installer, we cannot recommend Precision enough. Communication, capability, affordability and warranty (!!) are all part of the deal. Precision sent a photo and bio of installer with an ETA in advance of arrival so we knew who to expect. All vendors should do this. Their expert Alan arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate of work and completed the job (on both a new belt opener install and an old chain opener repair) as promised. We are so pleased with our now fully functional garage that we'll not only return for service but we happily recommend Precision to friends and family. Thank you, Precision!

Alan did a wonderful job inspecting and fixing the issue with the door. Precisions has an excellent system for those concerned with security - I get an SMS message when the technician is starting to leave for my house along with a picture of the tech which is nice. What a great service. From the estimate to the installation, a pleasure dealing with Precision. The text message alerts letting me know when you were coming to the emails to confirming dates, were all great. Due to Covid and the supply chain issues, I was told upfront, the timing would be about 16 weeks to get the doors installed. It ended up taking 8 weeks. The installers were here on time. All their work was clean and precise. They cleaned up and took away the old doors and motors. Replaced the doors in no time and they work and look amazing. They walked me through the app install for the openers and set up the keypad codes as well. They left me with beautiful new doors, fully explained operation and a clean garage. Amazing.... I will recommend your company to all my friends and family. Thank you!
