We've owned our home for 21 years and had Precision come out 3 times. Always a quick response, fair price and great work done. This time I received a call saying the technician was delayed. I asked for another tech because I've had major foot surgery lately and the garage is the only way that I can exit my home. Tino did an outstanding job. He first assessed the situation, Indicated what he thought would be necessary to address the problem and indicated all costs before beginning any work. He was methodic in his procedures was conscious of maintaining a safe working environment. He described how all the new equipment functioned, programmed all of my remote controls both new and old and answered all of my questions. He was always pleasant and polite and even listened to an old man's stories without complaint.
