I have never dealt with a company that has been better than Precision Overhead Garage Service. Contacting them, dealing with office person via telephone and getting a technician to my home was super easy. Luke, the technician, was so kind, patient, friendly and professional! He installed a new motor and opener for my very old garage door system. it was not an easy job but he did it and was done in a short amount of time considering the circumstances! I am so grateful and would highly recommend this company and Luke!!! Thank you.

I contacted Precision Door online late on Friday afternoon and received an immediate responses and an appointment for the next morning, along with a follow up text from Cassi to get some exact details on the issue. Prior to the technician, Ferdinand Kazimov, arriving this Saturday morning, I received another text and email with his ETA, along with his photo and bio so I would know who was arriving at my door. The repair was handled quickly and professionally by Ferdinand. It is so nice to see a company and their employees providing excellent value and service in today’s day of so much mediocrity around us. I highly recommended Precision Door!

Although Precision Garage Door Service was not able to help me, they were super helpful. When I called, I was not aware the property had a commercial door. They made an immediate appointment for me regardless and the tech came out in less than 2 hours in the blistering cold. They even offered a free service call (no one else would do that). Once the appointment was confirmed, I received an email with the technician's photo and personal information to help identify them. It was a personable text that included his experience, education and hobbies, so I immediately felt comfortable. When the tech arrived, he confirmed he could not handle the repair of this door, but assured me he would research he could and contact me back within 5 minutes. Sure enough, in 5 minutes he called me back with two referrals and one also worked out same day (for a service fee). I am greatful to Precision for their professionalism and kindness during my urgent matter. From the salesperson I initially spoke to over the phone to the technician who showed up promptly, they were all so hospitable and truly showed what customer service is all about.

Hi Doug, my husband and I have used your company in 2009 and I had saved the information in my kitchen drawer, just in case. The folder held specifics on the parts that you repair and the prices. Also, the bill for what we had repaired. Very professional. So after all these years, I brought out the folder in perfect shape and called you all. Your worker came today, Friday after Thanksgiving. We contacted Precision today because the overhead motor on our garage door was making a grinding noise. We have used Precision Door Company in the past and have been very satisfied. After our technician, Sean evaluated the issue, he told us that it could be repaired or replaced. Since these motors (both overhead doors) were over 25 years old, we decided to replace them. What a great decision! The new motors are so quiet and have more up to date features than the old ones Sean explained how to program the key pads and did all of the installation work in an efficient manner. It is a pleasure to once again, work with Precision Door Company. Their technicians are knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I highly recommend them.
