Lou and Glen came today to repair my garage door . They did a great job..they were very professional and very nice ...they explained everything that needed to be done and answered any questions that I had .. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Called yesterday afternoon and came this morning. Tino was very professional and thorough. Explained everything. Completed the job in less than an hour. If not for high price, would have given 5 stars.

We called Precision on a Saturday when our (25 year old) garage door finally gave up the ghost and were able to arrange an appointment for the Monday. The weather had different plans however and we had to do some re-scheduling to the storm. The people at Precision were very accommodating and we were able to re schedule for later the same week. The technician who arrived was knowledgeable, efficient and comnmunicated with us throughout his examination of the old door mechanism. At 25 it needed to be brought out back and shot... The tech was able there and then to quote us an estimate for replacement and once agreed, set about completely replacing the motor (and all the parts except the garage door itself). It took hours to get the job done but the technician stayed at it till after dark and installed a state of the art smart door for us on the day. The price was as estimated and the work was pristine. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, covid awareness and expertise of the entire team at Precision and especially the man that performed the work on-site. 10/10 for a very thorough job done well.

Hi, Tino was my installer for my 2 new garage doors opens. He was very polite and knew the product very well. He cleaned up every thing up was he was done. But most important he made sure everything work correctly and also made sure that the Wi-fi on the openers was installed on our phones and showed us the operations and also the safety features built in. We were having a problem with our garage door opening on its own repeatedly.I called your office and Rob came a few hours later.After testing everything he resolved our problem,reset everything and changed our codes which solved the problem. Rob was our initial tech installer and was familiar with our system.As always he was polite,cheerful and explained every step needed to fix the issue.
