t is difficult to find people who know all bout garage doors and /or how to fix them. However, I have Precision ome to my garage at lleast 3 times and I have never been disappointed. Yesterday was a case in point.I didnt know why my garage door wouldn't open or close and I did't have the key to oen it. Precision solvedl the problem but also gave me a new lock and keys for it. And he was most personable to boot and explained everything. He also came as soon as he was a le because I had an important meeting to attend.

Awesome work! My garage door fell off its tracks and almost damaged my car. Called Precision and they scheduled rapid response within 2 days (Labor Day). Precision kept me updated on when and where the tech was. Luke was my technician. He arrived well within the scheduled appointment; diagnose the problem; offered me four options, with pricing, and worked on it straight away! Quick, clean and no surprises. Luke kept me informed of his progress and completed the job as promised. He discussed warranty on the work; and was off on his way! Fantastic! Definitely recommend these folks; and thanks again to Luke.

I contacted Precision Garage on Tuesday late evening. Alan Ramirez was at our house on Wednesday morning to look at the garage door my wife banged while backing up. Alan was highly professional and courteus. He looked at the damage carefully and explained all options to me. He clearly demonstrated his expertise on the garage doors. We decided to replace the door. He carefully measured all dimensions, looked at matching colors etc. I highly commend Alan and Precision Garage and look forward to an early installation of the new garage door.

Pro Booking online: fast and easy, my requested time was easily available with several time slot options. Frequent text reminder, a plus. Day of service: Reminder sent via text, with name of serviceman, tracking of vehicle and its arrival lessened the anxiety and frustration of having to wait for an entire 4-5 hour window. Serviceman: Alan R arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule, very professional and when he saw the problem, he also added some more items of concern but without any sales pressure. Job: He said the job can be done in 2 hours and he was right on the dot. He then explained his work in detail, and showed a very operational garage door at the end of the job. Con Price: I was surprised $$$ but accepted the price because I felt the job and experience was very good, but the invoice did not show the breakdown of the parts and labor cost so I would know the prevailing and comparable cost from other contractors. Yesterday, I had an issue with my garage door, it would not open fully and remained immobile despite repeated attempts to open the garage door with the single button mounted externally on the side of the garage. So I called Precision Garage Door Service yesterday and the customer care agent was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mr. Alan Ramirez- service technician arrived this morning and did an assessment- Upon inspection, he found a snap cable and recommended all internal parts- rollers, cables and spring cables be replaced as they have maxed out their longevity. He was very professional and completed the work in 45 minutes. Thank you Alan and Precision Garage Door Service! Highly recommend this company!
