Fantastic service!! The technician, Erik, called first and arrived on time (in fact, a bit early!) He thoroughly explained what was needed and finished the job in record time. This was an emergency call on a holiday weekend......Sunday, July 3, and we are so grateful for the wonderful response time and workmanship. I'm a retired PhD with a long career in evaluating individuals for corporate positions and a love of buying and restoring architecturally interesting homes. Consequently, I've been involved with a large number of people providing home services. Brian (Bi) stands head and shoulders above all I can recall! He provided me a comprehensive professional evaluation of both my door systems--positives plus impending concern areas to watch--fixed the immediate problem, installed a keypad which I wanted for access convenience, insured that both doors were operating optimally and, in short, left having accomplished a lot more than my best hopes for the service call. Very, very impressive AND all at a very reasonable cost. They fully deserve their high grades by BBB & Angies List, and this guy is the definition of 5 star ratings!

The service provided by my technician, Glen, was excellent. They came on the day they promised. He called before to let me know what time he would arrive (which was in the originally scheduled window). He explained options to me prior to doing the work and then clearly showed me what was done.

The initial call was handled professionally. The technician, Erik, had a question about the work to be performed and called while he was still at the warehouse so that he could make sure that he had all the parts required for the job. He did and showed up about 30 minutes later. He explained the work to be done quoted a cost, which was fair and proceeded to do the repair. Everything was clean and neat when he left.

He did not rush me into making a decision and allowed me to tell of my concerns. When I decided to have the work done , he was very efficient in performing the service and explained everything that he had completed. The cable on one our garage doors broke and I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Louis was on time, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very nice! He indicated that we needed more new parts than just the cables and we should go with the Premium Package which seemed expensive to me but after he explained what the individual parts would cost, it made more sense because with the Premium Package the parts are guaranteed for 10 years. He completed all of the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

My serviceman was Eric and he couldn't have been nicer, explaining everything and installing new motor, sensors, garage wall pad, keypad, remotes, etc. in a very short time. Programmed and explained how each item functions. Never would have expected to have so much done in such a short time, everything Eric needed was in his truck. Highly recommend, 5 stars all the way.

We had hired Precision Garage Door Company to replace the springs, rollers and cables, on our garage door. Usually, I attempt to complete my own home repairs, however, I wasn't so confident about installing all of the new products for our garage door opener. Precision was AWESOME!!
