Jack was here today at my home and his courteous and helpful nature would make me return again. He made me feel extremely confident in what he was doing to correct my broken spring on my garage door and took the time to explain and show me everything that was fixed. It is employees like this that represent your company in an extremely beneficial way. I will be returning to Precision Door again for all of my garage door repairs. I would give your employee a 5 star rating..............knowledgeable, courteous, professional, but most importantly my garage door works better than it ever has.

Our tech Chris, was the nicest man. He called to see if he could arrive early because he had finished a job in the area. That worked great for me!! Chris inspected both the garage doors, one was a quick fix and the second he put in new parts in no time. He was really fast!! I just wish the weather wasn't so hot and humid.

Matt definitely provided a 5 5tar experience. He was prompt, (even early) and worked very efficiently striving for perfection. A very polite young man who is an asset to the company. He replaced the rollers and the bottom seal on the garage door. Very pleased.

I must congratulate Precision Door on its quick response to my problem. I first contacted them on a late Monday afternoon and Rob, the technician, was at my house early the next morning to go to work. Rob was not only extremely knowledgeable, but cheerfully answered all my seemingly endless questions. In addition he finished the job in record time! Everything is now working fine. My 40 years of engineering experience put me in a position to evaluate (and appreciate) Rob's expertise.

I chose Precision, looking for the company I used a while back. Turns out it was your company! Eric was knowledgeable and helpful. It would make sense to buy a new door, but we cannot afford it. He put in new springs that included the “safety catch.” It was finished in a timely manner..quite quick, actually. Hoping 5 stars are selected. It is hard to tell.

We called because we had a problem with our garage door remote. Rob came on time and worked very hard trying to synchronize a new remote with the opener; unfortunately our garage door opener was about 50 years old! We ended up getting a whole new garage door opener and are very happy with the results. Rob was very patient when he explained the new system to my wife and me. He was very competent, professional and friendly. We are very happy to recommend you to people we know. Thank you for such great service!

Excellent service. Chris called me at work to let me know he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. I had a flood in my basement and both sensors on bottom of door needed to be replaced. He tested the old ones to make sure they were no good. Replaced them, put new batteries in our remotes and was on his way in about 20 minutes. Thank you!!!

One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.
