Our garage door opener malfunctioned yesterday morning. I called Precision and by the afternoon a Precision Repair person was at our home to address the problem. He was courteous and professional and diagnosed the situation perfectly. He was well equipped with the parts needed to get our garage door working properly again. Excellent from start to finish. Booked an appointment completely online and was asked to send in a brief description of the issue. Was able to upload photos and video so the technician could be prepared. Got a text saying the tech was on his way and he arrived right in time. Diagnosed the issue, offered solutions at different price points, and completed the work right there. Our technician was extremely polite and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them after this experience.
