I own a house with a 2 Car Garage which, when the house was built, were made of Wood and Glass. These doors were heavy and the Springs would snap every so often. It was time to get brand new Insulated Steel doors and also New Garage Door Openers. Tim and his Associate came to my home and broke down the old garage doors and openers and set up 2 NEW Doors, with a Whole new Set-Up, Railings, Safety Spring Systems, Openers, Everything Brand New! Even has Sensors on the ground level incase something gets in the way, it stops! Tim showed me how to work the outside Key-Pad and how to program my Own Code and even better, 2 remote controls for 2 cars that can open either door you want open! I actually got more than I thought I purchased when I ordered the doors! Everything was Quick and Easy, from Having Mike come out to give me a estimate and take measurements and pick my Style of door I liked on a Saturday to Tim and his Associate coming 4 days later and breaking down the old equipment and installing ALL BRAND NEW Equipment in less than 4 hours! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for Any repair or rebuild you may need. They are Completely Professional and the Quality of Materials and Workmanship Shows!

I had a phenomenal experience with Precision, thanks to Ethan! My 1995 Craftsman Garage Door Opener finally gave out, and Precision was able to come out within 24 hours to address the issue. Ethan was upfront and provided my wife and me with clear options for replacing the garage door opener. Given that our old opener was 30 years old, we decided to go with a new Genie opener. Ethan completed the installation in just an hour and a half. He went above and beyond by lubricating all the necessary parts and even connecting my Jeep's garage door opener to the new system. Throughout the process, Ethan was professional and courteous, and he didn't pressure us with any upselling, which was a refreshing change from other service providers.
