Tim was excellent. He called before he came, explained everything, and finished the job without a problem. This is the second time he has serviced our doors—we have had consistently good service from him. *Note: Tim replaced not only the spring but also the cables, pulleys, and rollers.

from the first time I called Precision, I was pleased with the professional treatment that I received. Tim Rainey was the responding technician and he was the best. He explained everything in detail and made helpful suggestions to fit my needs. He was friendly and patient despite the many questions that I asked. He also helped me set the remotes up in my cars. I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

Moved to a new home and did not like the way the garage door opener performed. I called Precision because I was very satisfied with the product and service they had provided in my previous home. Louis arrived in the time scheduled. He listened to my concerns, we picked a garage opener that would meet my concerns, he also worked on the rollers, cables, springs and pulley. In 2 hours the garage door opener was installed and he demonstrated its features and functions.

Erik came by this morning to perform a repair of our garage door. We had to have several items replaced (rollers etc) as the door was extremely loud and kept jamming. Erik called ahead to say he was on his way and gave me a ring upon arrival. He was extremely professional and friendly. The work was completed relatively quickly. My door opens smoothly and operates quietly now. This was the second time my husband and I have used Precision. Thank you again for the service.

My garage door at times automatically shuts off, I have to turn it off and then back on to make it work again. I explained the problem when I was making the appointment. The technician had very good communication skills. Called me before showing up. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, when I explained my problem, he could not help fixing. he referred me to an electrician. I was not charged for the service visit, but at the same time I was not too happy since he could not resolve my problem, while I was told my the person making appointment, any issue we will take care of it for you! Anyhow, I did not mean to waste the technician's time, but I think they could tell me that when I was making the appointment! So I ma giving 2 stars because my issue was not resolved. But the technician came on time and had good communication skills, not able to fix the door.

This company was everything they stated they we're. Tech called with a time and was on time. Glen explained what was wrong and what was recommended and needed to complete the repair. Glens knowledge and know how repaired my springs, cable and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them

John D. was the technician who came and installed the new Liftmaster unit. I had so many questions for John. He was very pleasant, patient, and professional. Called at 7:30am to schedule an appt for a broken garage door spring, received a 2-6pm window for a same day appt. Luke called 25 minutes prior to arriving (2pm), gave me a rundown of the necessary work and pricing, and finished the entire job within 70 minutes. Door works so much better - one v. happy customer right here!

Very prompt service. Just called this morning for a quote and Precision was able to schedule the job. Luke, the serviceman, was very courteous and knowledgeable and brought me up to speed with the mechanics of the belt drive opener. He helped me program the opener for each door.
