We used Precision a few years ago for a rebuild on one of our garage doors. It was time for the other one to be fixed, and I called up, at 10 pm, thinking I’d leave a message and hear back the next morning. What a shock that someone live answered! We got Charles out here the next day and he was on time, friendly and did a great job rebuilding the 2nd door. Would definitely recommend, thanks again for another good job!

Without having to ask, they offered to waive the service fee because they couldn't come out the same day. Rob, the technician, was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Brian was great He 1st called to let me know his earlier job was running late -- which I appreciated since I have a busy day with other appointments. So that was very considerate. Even though he didn't have the bar for the spring, he was able to still put on the cables. He was professional and polite and was able to finish the job quickly. From what I saw today, I'd recommend him again.
