Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

Technician was extremely friendly and provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be repaired on both garage doors. He also replaced a bad sensor and installed a remote keypad which works wonderfully. He went out of his way to make sure everything worked properly and that I was satisfied before leaving.

I liked the fact that I knew something about your technician before he ever got to my home, based on the info on your website. Bobby Z is the most thorough and knowledgeable technician I've come across. He called my home to let me know when he was 30 minutes from arriving. He replaced both springs above my door as well as all the hardware. He recommended the next garage door opener I will need when the motor goes on my current one, and gave me a pamphlet on that opener. Rest assured I'll be requesting Bobby Z for all my future garage door needs.

They explained my options, including trying to trick me into an expensive ($xxx) overhaul of the entire system (which I am sure they are required to do by management!) When I opted to just fix the problem at hand, they did it quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate their work.(Shared Review)

We believe the best way to fix a door long term so you never have to deal with it again is to rebuild it. What’s more is that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is by guaranteeing it for as long as you own the home. If you are moving out of the house this might not be a fit for you. Dave P did a great job explaining our options and pointing us toward the option that best suited our needs. Our garage doors and hardware were over 20 years old and were starting to have issues. I thought just new rollers would do the trick but Dave pointed out our old mismatched springs and rollers....in the end we chose the rebuild package and it was well worth it...I never realized garage doors could go up and down without squeaking! Nice job Dave and Precision, two thumbs up.
