The work was done within the timeframe he estimated. He was a nice guy (courteous and professional). I was also pleased that there was primer coat of paint on it in the correct color. The only thing that was different than the previous door was that the windows are not at the top level but at the next to top level. I can live with that.

When I decided to go thru with the work, I was surprised to hear that he could do the job while he was here. It was very hot and humid but he kept going. He is a good representative for your company.

Very professional service. My scheduled time was 8a-12p. I got a call at 8a telling me my position in line. Later, 15 minutes prior to arrival, called to tell me they were on the way. Kevin Stasiak did the repair on my garage. He was very professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. When the job was finished, the garage was immaculate and the garage doors worked as if they were brand new. I will definitely call again if I have issues.

I am very happy with my garage doors. Our Salesman Damien was great. He was very helpful in making our decision on what doors to purchase. We had other estimates but we were very impressed with Damien and how he represented Precision Doors. Precision is an outstanding customer service organization. When I called, they knew who I was. When I set an appointment, they sent an immediate confirmation. When they were on the way, the both called and emailed. And when they got here, Tino did outstanding work.
