The call to Precision Garage for service was handled by a professional staff member. The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.

Jackson showed up on time for the garage door apnmt. He went over my options and provided written estimates as I requested. My overall experience was pretty good. I'm still in the process of colecting several more quotes and should make final decision either by the end of this week or earlier next week on whom gets to replace my garage door.

Your serviceman arrived at the near beginning of the service period given. He went right to work, repaired what was thought to be the problem and asked if there were any other questions. Very nice experience. The technician is: 1. Friendly, make me feel he’s someone I can trust 2. Professional, he knows what he’s doing 3. Clear, explains what happened, what needs to be done I wish I could give him a 5 star plus. The reason: I had a 4 hour window in which I had to pick up a child from school in the middle. The technican called me at the beginning of the window to narrow down the window to a smaller one and called me again 30min prior to his arrival. Also I want to thank Lindsay who picked up my phone this morning. She gave me a same day appointment that I really needed. This is the 2nd time I used Precision’s service within 4 years. I wish I wouldn’t need your service in the future, but in reality I know I have to save your number so that I can get the right people when I need help.

I have used Precision Door Service previously and they always show up on time and do a professional job. I had a tech named Lou Rowek who really helped me understand the problems with my garage doors and he had a trainee Matt who was very intelligent as well. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable and had me test everything before they left. You just had the feeling of professionalism from the moment they arrived which is the service and support I am used to from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend Precision when you have garage door issues. Ask for Lou or Matt and you will be happy you did if you can wait for their availability.
