I decided on Precision after reading reviews in my area. Chris K was my technician and he was just awesome! He thoroughly explained his review of our old lift master motors and openers and gave me an honest assessment of repairs needed at this time. He was professional and polite and very knowledgeable. He installed a new system on one side of our garage and did maintenance on the other. He did not rush and was very patient explaining to me how the new system and remotes work. I will highly recommend Chris K and Precision going forward to anyone who asks if I know of a reliable, fast and on time service. I found Precision because of a newspaper ad in The Star Ledger and a Money Mailer coupon. Your scheduling was prompt and the technician, Ferdinand K. was both personable and professional. He took time to explain our various options and costs and his installation was quick, efficient and neat. Taking the old opener away for no extra charge was an added bonus. Ferdinand was a pleasure to have at our home. I would recommend your company and especially this technician to friends and neighbors with confidence.

The spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision on 12/30 and they were able to come out on New Year's eve. Ferdinand was very professional and explained everything to me. They send a text with the technicians picture and a text letting me know he is on the way. He replaced the springs and cables very efficiently and lubricated the door. The door works great.

The installation of our new garage door which replaced a 43 year old one went smoothly including the visit for measurements, choosing a door, scheduling the construction/installation of the door, etc.. Marc and Steven did an excellent job on a very hot day. They were on task and very considerate of addressing concerns and questions while taking care of the removal of the original door and clean-up. We have used Precision on a previous occasion when a spring on the old door broke. It was taken care of in a exemplary fashion with opening and closing hardware brought up to date. It was the reason we contacted them for door replacement.

Chris Karnacewicz replaced my two garage door openers as well as keypad and car remotes. This is the second time he did service at my home. He was wonderful and so professional. A very organized business. I scheduled my appointment and the technician arrived on time the same day. He called me 30 minutes before arrival to introduce himself to me and let me know when he would be arriving . He was exactly on time. He was polite, Courteous and fixed my problem garage door.
