We damaged our garage door track, by backing up with the back door open. Don't ask! We were on our way to Maryland to babysit and had to leave. Upon returning, we called Precision late in the afternoon. They sent a service rep the very next day. Within minutes the bent door track was fixed and all was good. Each service rep we have met has been polite and knowledgeable. Our experience with them has been first rate.

The tech expert, Tom Sackmann, who performed the service for me today was professional, genuine, and totally customer centric.
