I have called them several times for different issues with my garage. The woman who gives you an appointment is so nice and she tries her best to give you the quickest appointment when it’s urgent. Twice my garage was stuck in the upwards position and she got me service that same day. The technicians are great. John goes above and beyond. It’s 100 degrees and he was working hard for hours. He explains everything in detail before & today they came back and repaired a similar problem I had in October and they didn’t charge me. Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

Ryan Patrick Murphy was very competent and thorough. He understood that a lightening strike had fried the logic boards, made sure to reserve the replacement parts with your warehouse, and returned shortly to install the parts. He checked the safety and proper functioning of all elements of the garage door system and made sure to reprogram keypads, remotes, etc. Very competent and knowledgeable employee.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a phenomenal job when repairing our garage door. It has been on the fritz for the past week and finally derailed making it unusable. I easily scheduled and appoitment via Google, and got scheduled the next day. Within less than 24 hours my garage door pully and spring system had been completely replaced and works better than ever. Brian Hallock was nothing short of fantastic. He was COVID appropriate, fast, friendly, and a true professional. We will use this company exclusively in the future and tell all of our neighbors. Anyone on the phone was courteous and knowledgeable about the process, all details were confirmed via email and texts, just a top notch professional company. Called for service because my door wouldn't close all the way down allowing mice to enter ...turns out it wasn't my door but the concrete pad rising up in the center preventing the door to close properly ... Brian was diligent in explaining everything and offered suggestions to fix it ..he arrived as schedule and called ahead when he was coming ...excellent service by Precision and Brian..

I called this service after just randomly calling the one of the searches that came up in Google. I just didn’t have time to let research who was best to call and figured they’d all be the same. I’m taking the time to write this review because I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the first phone call to post service how I was treated. I can’t even list the ways that this company goes above and beyond in customer service. The absolute best was the text I got when my service guy was 1/2 hour away and it gave me his picture and some facts about him so I’d be comfortable when he arrived. He was also the nicest guy in the world. Oh and he fixed my door without trying to sell me anything more then needed. Everything about this service was beyond my expectations even the price.
