Our technician George Miranda was truly exceptional. He was the very personification of a customer oriented employee: on-time, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and very friendly and pleasant. In an era of challenging customer service "at the front lines" of any company sending out technicians to personal residences, George was simply a true professional. I run a sales organization, and I want to hire him (kidding). With employees like George, it is easy to see why Precision is the best in the business. I am extremely happy with the service and professional manner of the Precision team. The consultation and installation/service were prompt and executed thoroughly and without incident. I have had my new garage door and opener for about 3 weeks now so I can't give a long term review of product but thus far everything looks and works great. Pricing was fair and better than other quotes I received from other companies. Our installer did an excellent job, and was hardworking and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend Precision to any consumer looking for garage door products and services. 5 Stars all the way. Thank you Precision!

A technician from Precision came to my home, within hours of the call for appointment, to repair the garage door opener. From the moment he arrived, George M. was as professional as could be. He looked over all components of the garage door and explained everything that he was doing as he went step-by-step. He discovered some safety issues left by the prior homeowner and missed by the home inspector. It turned out that we ultimately needed a new garage door opener (the existing one was 17 years old), which George installed along with making the necessary safety repairs. Then, he walked me through every repair that he made and explained the reason behind it, as well as how to maintain the repairs. If only more companies did business this way and hired people like George M. ...

I found precision by searching google for a reputable company to replace my two motors on the new house we just purchased. They were wonderful the first time around but since then I had 2 incidents that had nothing to do with the work they performed and both times my technician George rushed over to help me. These doors were new but there are many moving parts in garage doors I did not know about. He advised me he recommended and never made me feel like he was trying to "upsell" me anything. I felt like George was a good friend rather than a stranger. Now everything is fixed and George has completely blown away my expectations. I would definitely recommend precision and especially him to anyone in need of replacement or repair. Thanks for everything!

WOW - I was blown away by the professionalism and technical expertise of George, the technician who serviced our door. He called about 30 minutes prior to arriving simply to give us the courtesy of knowing when he was arriving (he could not have fixed the door at all and I still would have been impressed with just that aspect of the service). When he arrived at our home he was polite, respectful and carried himself in a self-assured confident manner. He quickly diagnosed the multitude of issues we were experiencing and took the time to give us multiple options to remedy the problem. At NO time did I feel like we were being "sold" or pushed into something we did not need. His recommendations were appropriate, made sense and were all offered with our safety in mind. His work was commensurate with his attitude and professionalism. He did a beautiful job, left the garage neat and clean and most importantly left us feeling like we made the right decision choosing Precision Garage Door. George is truly an asset to your organization. If he is not a lead tech already - he should be. He should also have a leadership role in the organization relative to customer service training. It was be far the most pleasant experience we have had relative to a home repair. Thank you very much. We sincerely hope George is appropriately recognized for the experience he provided us. In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions. In our opinion George is an asset to your company through his professional conduct. Please pass along our compliment to him again. In addition I believe that your price was competitive and very fair. One of our springs broke and the Precision tech, George did a great job explaining our options and the best approach for a long term solution. We ended up replacing both springs, all rollers and basically replacing all parts which over 12 years had worn away. I called precision to get an estimate back in October of 2016 after reading the reviews on line. Before the techs came out I received an email letting me know who my tech will be (great idea). From the first time precision came out and did repairs on my garage doors etc. until today all I can say is that my husband and I are extremely satisfied with not only their services but also George the technician, he is very personable and displayed expertise in all of the concerns we had with our doors/repairs. He is definitely a major asset to the company, I hope the owner takes pride of knowing that he has an amazing employee working for him. We will not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone needing garage door service. Keep up your excellent customer care.
