We would recommend Precision as they provided excellent service. We had an appointment set up quickly. They were very prompt. The gentleman that came to our house was pleasant and very informative, explained everything and our options. We had the springs, wires, rollers, basically all the hardware replaced. Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. Jackson, the technician who came to perform the repair, was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Not only did Jackson take the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to correct it, he stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed perfectly. Precision had installed my new garage door opener in 2015. They came back in 2017 for spring repair/ replacement. Jackson was my technician. He was great! He was very courteous and professional. This is the third time I have called Precision Door for help. A real person (Holly) answered the phone and scheduled me for the following day. I waited less than 24 hours to have a technician come to the house which in this day and age is amazing! My appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 4. Jackson called around 12:10 to let me know he had just arrived at the appointment before mine and that he would call again when he was on his way which he did. I love that their website has bios on their employees so I know who will be arriving at my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what needed to be done - spring replacement - and was done in about half an hour. I would certainly recommend Jackson and this company to anyone! Thanks, Precision Door!
