Luke was very friendly and knowledgable. My garage door was very rattly and would sometimes get stuck but after Luke was done, it was smooth as new! Granted I also needed a new garage door opener and a center rail and those items were installed! All in all I was very impress with the level of service that was provided.

Our door decided to break 3 days before Christmas. Loved the fact that they called me back and was able to schedule Glen to look at the door the same day! Glen arrived on time, was very professional and within 20 minutes we were all fixed! Thank you and so glad we had Precision install our door initially as well...worth every penny!

The six carriage house doors are stunning and they brighten our day every time we drive up to the house! The technician that came to my house to give me an estimate for repairs of my garage door or a new garage door was Tim Rainey. He was very friendly and explained in detail what my options were and answered all my questions. After I spoke to Tim I felt confident purchasing the door from Precision and am now waiting for the installation which he told me will be done in about three weeks. While he was at my home he was able to open the door that had broken so I now have access to the garage until it is replaced. I was happy to have dealt with Tim and happy I that chose Precision.

I can't believe how quite my new door opener is. We thought it was just an old motor, but when they came to install the opener they noticed a number of other real problems, such as broken brackets and seized bearings in the door itself. Cost a little more money that if I had done it myself but they got it done quickly and it works perfectly. Lou was on time, polite and left our garage cleaner than when he showed up.

We have been a long time customer of Precision and have been very happy with the service. The latest example is Tim who replaced our sensor/pad and the door is operational again. We also called Tim back on the same day to update/upgrade both our garage doors. We are looking forward to our new doors. The reason we've stayed with Precision is the quality of the work and customer service.
