I knew my garage door would eventually need repairing soon and I took Precision Garage Door paper out. I am glad I did. They were on time, did the work with efficiency. I had called Precision Overhead Garage Door yesterday to service my overhead garage opener because it was making a noise when opening/shutting it. I was happy that I could get an appointment so soon -- this morning, because I feared the door might collapse, etc. David Paz was the service man who came this morning, and he was able to not only do the routine servicing, but was able to detect and solve my problem. He was very understanding of my concern-- to him a BIG thankyou.

First - I'm very impressed with Precision as a company, it was so easy to make the appointment and communication that followed was thorough and easy to understand. It was very easy to make a next day appointment. Matthew - my technician did a great job of explaining my options for garage door openers I could go with. He did a quick and clean job installing my new garage door opener. He completed the task by installing the new opener on My Q app preciously on my phone as well as re-programming all existing remotes I had as well as my car. He was great to work with.
