A very organized business. I scheduled my appointment and the technician arrived on time the same day. He called me 30 minutes before arrival to introduce himself to me and let me know when he would be arriving . He was exactly on time. He was polite, Courteous and fixed my problem garage door. Excellent service and installation. Marc was able to open up the old door and dismantle it without a problem. You said the job would take 3 hours and he completed it in two. Precision installed the garage door for me several years ago and the same excellent service was rendered today

I had a big problem with my garage door today. It opened, but then would not close. It was already mid afternoon and I was afraid no one would be available. I couldn’t leave the door opened and I won’t park my car on the street. The woman who answered my call was very nice and assured me I would get help today. Ethan arrived within the hour and he explained everything in detail and assured me it would be fixed today. He was pleasant and did great work! I totally recommend him and Precision!!
