Robert from Precision did a quick and superb job replacing the garage door motor, roller bearings, and cables, and also installed a remote keypad and camera. The difference in door operation is like night and day. I was very impressed with Precision. Their ease of scheduling, communication, and responsiveness was second to none. I strongly recommend them.

We had both of our door openers ( old and slow) replaced with hi - tech motors. Installer was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He walked us through the app that can open and close the doors and view the garage with the cameras. Tested the springs, rollers etc. Totally professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

We have been satisfied customers for many years. Ryan came out Sunday afternoon analyzed the multiple problems with the warn hardware on our door which included a broken spring. After showing me the result of his analysis he gave me his proposal to repair my garage door. Once I gave him my approval he went directly to work without a moments hesitation. He demonstrated his expertise without a moments hesitation. I found him to be a fine young man: very polite, knowledgeable, and progressional.

I decided on Precision after reading reviews in my area. Chris K was my technician and he was just awesome! He thoroughly explained his review of our old lift master motors and openers and gave me an honest assessment of repairs needed at this time. He was professional and polite and very knowledgeable. He installed a new system on one side of our garage and did maintenance on the other. He did not rush and was very patient explaining to me how the new system and remotes work. I will highly recommend Chris K and Precision going forward to anyone who asks if I know of a reliable, fast and on time service. Service and install was very good and all parties I dealt with very very nice and professional. Would have given 5 stars but they did not sweep up after installing the new door - debris on the garage floor and found a large screw in the driveway. Did not want to run over that.

Very professional service. My scheduled time was 8a-12p. I got a call at 8a telling me my position in line. Later, 15 minutes prior to arrival, called to tell me they were on the way. Kevin Stasiak did the repair on my garage. He was very professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. When the job was finished, the garage was immaculate and the garage doors worked as if they were brand new. I will definitely call again if I have issues.

This repair was more complex than I expected and Sean was able to explain the repair and possible problems I might have in the future with the operation of my present door. I opted for a new garage door and again Sean explained what choices I had. I am satisfied I made the right decision to replace my current door. Excellent Service!! We had a problem when we woke up in the morning and we saw the Precision truck at a neighbor's house. They immediately came over to service us, and took time out of their already scheduled day to service us. They had all the supplies to fix the door and didn't use any chemicals or sprays to keep our home healthy per our request. Great team!!! 5 stars!
