Tom Sackmann did a great job repairing my second garage door (Kevin S. did the first one and he was great too!) Tom was professional, entertainingly funny and talkative, and worked fast and efficiently. If I were you, I would give him a raise and use him to train other installers about how to deal with customers. It was a joy having him do the work on my garage door today. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service installed a new overhead garage door for me in 2013. It has worked beautifully and has just started showing its age. I called Precision to have them replace the springs and do a general check-up. Brian Hallock came this morning and performed a thorough inspection of the system. He made some recommendations for other repairs, touch-ups, with which I agreed. Brian was prompt, personable and very tolerant of my noisy Golden Retriever mix who sang him song of her barks the whole time he was here. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services.

Thank you for the repairs to my garage doors. Your employee John Delpiu was perfectly on time and so attentive to the problems that I have been having. He resolved all of my issues and explained three different approaches to how he would make the repairs. He kept me informed and demonstrated how everything worked. He was patient and personable. The technician Kevin Stasiak removed our old genie garage door system and replaced it with a new LiftMaster system. My husband and I found Kevin to be very knowledgeable as he answered all our questions And programmed all the devices needed to operate the door. The removal of the old garage door opener system and the installation of the new system went fast. He cleaned up the area where he worked and when he was totally completed, asked if we had any additional questions that he could help us with. Precision door systems should be proud they have an employee like Kevin.

Our garage door was hit and wouldn't stay closed using our garage door opener. We didn't know what to expect when the technician, Matt arrived to assess the situation. He was clear about the options that we had and spelled out the costs for us. He did a fantastic job in installing our new opener and assisted us with setting up codes and our cars for access to the garage. He was extremely helpful and we were very satisfied with his work. The quick response to our situation was also tremendous.

When our garage door broke, i called the company who we have used in the past and they told me it would be more than a week before they could come.
