Orentino was my Tech. He was excellent! He asked me questions about the circumstances before and after my issue occurred to fully understand the problem before offering a solution. He answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. He buttoned up all issues that were directly and non directly related to my problem. Tino left me feeling that the work was complete and the price was fair. Your people are the heart and soul of your business, Tino is a keeper! He deserves a raise! Thank you , Tino. I rarely leave reviews but the experience I had with the tech Chris Aveta was amazing. He showed up on time and was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Chris explained what need to be done, the time frame and cost involved. He was nice to work with. I only wish he was going to do the repairs. Precision Door Service, you have an excellent employee with Chris Aveta!

You installed 3 complete doors a year ago. 2 of the 3 were stopping midway and closing. We called and you sent Brian B over, who was a great guy, professional and as we watched him work, Brian showed us how to adjust the “eye“ which we may have accidentally moved. Great service. Thank you, Brian!

Chris Karnacewicz replaced my two garage door openers as well as keypad and car remotes. This is the second time he did service at my home. He was wonderful and so professional. He left everything spotless and he spent time with explaining the new technology! Wow what a difference with the new openers! Thank you Precision and thank you Chris :-)

I have called them several times for different issues with my garage. The woman who gives you an appointment is so nice and she tries her best to give you the quickest appointment when it’s urgent. Twice my garage was stuck in the upwards position and she got me service that same day. The technicians are great. John goes above and beyond. It’s 100 degrees and he was working hard for hours. He explains everything in detail before & today they came back and repaired a similar problem I had in October and they didn’t charge me. Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

We've owned our home for 21 years and had Precision come out 3 times. Always a quick response, fair price and great work done. This time I received a call saying the technician was delayed. I asked for another tech because I've had major foot surgery lately and the garage is the only way that I can exit my home. Kelly was so understanding and arranged Kevin S. to come out within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Precision Garage have proven themselves once again!
