I consider myself blessed to have found Precision's web page. The cables had come off both of my drums causing my door to be out of alignment, plus all the tension was off my torsion spring as a result. I called Precision at 8:45pm. The next morning Chris K. came to the rescue. He was super pleasant, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. He inspected my garage door, rollers, rails, the opener itself, and then went over my options with me. He didn't give me any sales pitch about unneeded equipment, and I found him very trustworthy because of his honesty. A few moments later, my garage door was working better than it was when I bought the house! Thank you Precision and Chris. You guys are top notch!

Your Tech Thomas Sackmann was courteous & professional. He called ahead of his arrival and arrived during the time frame stated in the appt. confirmation (actually at the beginning - which was good). He explained my options for the job as well as the cost. He effected the repairs I requested and performed them efficiently and effectively. I received all the documents that pertained to the job ( ie. appt confirmation, invoice etc.). All is good.

Sean did a comprehensive door repair giving us new springs, safety and operating cables, pulleys and rollers. Sean was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He understood the problem and explained to us our options as to how to fix the problem. He gave us helpful information about the parts and also the aged garage door opener. He suggested some adjustments to our system that were very helpful.

Rob from Precision was a real pro. No wonder his nephews are looking up at him as their role model as explained in his bio sent out by the Company.
